James Cameron returns to Pandora in this epic sci-fi sequel!

Parts of Avatar 2 will take place in the ocean of the planet, for which James Cameron and his crew created a whole fictional ecosystem. Cameron says the focus on Pandora’s oceans will reflect his concerns about the conservation of Earth’s oceans.

While Avatar 2 was originally slated for release before the end of 2014, it is now expected to hit cinemas in 2015. The film is being filmed back-to-back with Avatar 3.
