Deep in the woods an Epic battle is about to take place!
When young Mary Katherine (Amanda Seyfried) finds herslf magically transported to a mythical forest, she becomes the witness of unbelievable events: An epic army of bugs summons otherworldly creatures known as Leaf Men to help them protect their kingdom from an evil spider queen.
Epic is based on the children’s book The Leaf Men and the Brave Good Bugs by William Joyce.
