The Dark Knight Rises

When Commissioner Gordon (Gary Oldman) stumbles upon a plot to destroy the city from within, Bruce Wayne (Christian Bale) resurfaces as the Batman, eight years after taking the blame for Two Face's crimes. Waiting for him is the mysterious Selina Kyle (Anne Hathaway) and Bane (Tom Hardy), a lethal adversary hellbent on taking Batman and his legacy apart, piece by piece.

After having worked on the screen-play for The Dark Knight together, director Christopher Nolan once again collaborated with his brother Jonathan Nolan on the screen-play for his final Batman installment. Hans Zimmer, the genuis behind the music of Inception was also called in again to work his sonic magic on this production.
