Matthew Weiner, the creator of Mad Men, directs his own script about two very different stoners in their 30s, who seem to strike it lucky, when one of them inherits a fortune. Steve Dallas (Owen Wilson) is a slick weatherman, who enjoys his easy-going life - a life some would call shallow. He lives from day to day, woman to woman, joint to joint. When the wealthy father of his loveable but also quite nutty childhood friend Ben (Zach Galifianakis) dies, the two hit the road to visit Bens hometown for the funeral. There they meet Bens beautiful and absurdly young stepmother (Laura Ramsey) and frustrated sister (Amy Poehler). Both women turn out to be huge obstacles when Ben is declared the principal heir of his father's fortune. For quite different reasons...
