Paul Rudd and Emile Hirsch tour the wilderness for David Gordon Green
In the summer of 1988 two highway maintenance men, Alvin (Paul Rudd) and Lance (Emile Hirsch), swap their city lives for time in the wilderness. With only each other for company and very little to do, the pair soon get on each other's nerves. Pushed by the isolation they undergo problems with the women in their lives and frequently find themselves in ill-conceived situations.
Director David Gordon Green (Pineapple Express) has also written this remake of the 2011 Icelandic film Á annan veg (which translates to Either Way).
