Could Rush Hour 4 even work without the iconic martial artist Jackie Chan?
In a return to the style of the original Rush Hour film, Producer of the franchise Arthur Sarkissian has a vision taking the 4th installment to a more down to earth place. Off the wall Chris Tucker - who played Carter in the previous 3 movies - is eager to make another film in the franchise, however his co-star Jackie Chan is not.
Chan has spoken out about wanting to dial down the action films and focus more on his craft saying: 'I don't just want to be an action star ... I want to be a true actor.' Known for his martial arts the lovable actor wishes to guide his choices down a similar route to that of his older and more gentle character of Mr. Han in 2010's The Karate Kid.
