Dead Island

Set on a fictional tropical island called Banoi, Dead Island tells the story of a vacation gone terribly wrong, when a horde of zombies attack.

Polish developer Techland released the zombie action-adventure video game Dead Island in 2011. The game was much anticipated because of its sensational announcement trailer, which caught the interest of film producer Sean Daniel (The Mummy, The Wolfman), who snapped up the film rights right away.
