The Double Hour

Sonia (Michelle Williams), a chambermaid working for a luxury hotel, meets an former cop-turned-security guard (Joel Edgerton) at a speed dating event. Feelings soon develop between the two, but during a romantic trip to the countryside things suddenly take a dark turn, which leads the pair to question what they actually know about each other.

A remake of 2009's award winning La Doppia Ora (The Double Hour); a critically praised psychological thriller by Italian director by Giuseppe Capotondi. Indie filmmaker Joshua Marston, behind the gritty family drama The Forgiveness of Blood, is writing and directing the English version.
