As the release date of Fantastic Beast and Where to Find Them looms closer and closer, more and more magical footage is emerging in the Warner Bros. trailers. From new characters and terrifying beasts, to glimpses of what's to come when J. K. Rowling's greatly-anticipated screenplay finally drops on November 18, 2016, each trailer reveals a little more about Newt Scamander's wizarding world.

Below is a selection of the most important trailers released so far, with more to be added as they drop. Here they are, starting with the first Fantastic Beasts trailer all the way down to the most recent.

Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them Announcement Trailer

Release: December 2015

Warner Bros. initially teased us with a mere snippet of footage when it revealed the announcement trailer for Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them. It didn't show us much, but got us all riled up for all the excitement that was in store.

Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them Teaser Trailer

Release: April 2016

Fast forward a few months and the studio finally gave us a much more vivid insight into what to expect from the upcoming movie with the Fantastic Beasts teaser trailer. And perhaps most importantly, it made our hearts skip a beat by ways of a mention of our beloved Albus Dumbledore in the trailer:

"I wonder — what makes Albus Dumbledore so fond of you, Mr. Scamander?"

Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them Full-Length Comic-Con Trailer

Release: July 2016

Then came the even lengthier Comic-Con Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them trailer, unveiled to a horde of screaming fans in San Diego in July. As well as slowly unpacking Newt's story and Percival Graves's (Colin Farrell) role, we also received our first introduction to Henry Shaw. Sr (Jon Voight), caught sight of a mysterious piece of moving art and even a house-elf working at MACUSA.

Most importantly however, the Comic-Con reveal exposed a myriad of never-seen-before beasts, including a fluffy ape-looking thing scuttling away at the end of the trailer.

Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them Olympics Teaser Trailer

Release: August 2016

While us Muggles were busy competing in a show of strength and skill at the Olympics in Rio, Warner Bros. jumped at the chance to unveil the new Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them TV trailer during the epic sporting event. Although not much more was revealed in terms of beastly creatures, it did see plenty of charms and spells being flung around as Newt navigated his way around 1920s New York.

Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them Full Length Trailer

Release: September 2016

Warner Bros. unveiled their latest Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them trailer on The Ellen Show at the end of September 2016 and it was everything we could have ever hoped for.

Notably, the full-length clip exuded a similar dramatic vibe as the final, darker Harry Potter movies and even featured that all-too-familiar musical score — two things that certainly plunged Potterheads all over the world into nostalgia overload.
