The world of #Manga has something for everyone; cute stories for the younger audience, romantic stories for the more mature ones, philosophical tales for the chin-scratchers. And then there's the bat-shit-crazy-lock-you-up-and-throw-away-the-key Manga of Junji Ito.

Some of the horrific panels from his masterpiece, "The Enigma Of Amigara Fault" are so grotesque they burn themselves into your brain and can never be unseen. As if his Mangas weren't demented enough, one loyal fan, Ikura, has taken it upon herself to make his surreal visions a reality through imaginative and twisted #cosplay.

Check out our favorite Ikura cosplays below but we warn you, unless you're working on a horror manga, this is probably NSFW. You don't want the people at work to know how freaky you are? Do you?

Don't you hate it when your friends set you up on a blind date and you go to pick her up and a demon-eyed banshee from another dimension opens the door. Every time!

Heads Or Tails, I'm Running Away

I consider myself a pacifist, wouldn't hurt a fly, but if this thing came near me I would flame throw it back into the crazy mind of Junji Ito.

Say Hello To My Little Friend

Sometimes it's OK to judge a book by its cover. That's what covers are for. This is one of those times. Just turn around and run as far as you can in the other direction.

Taking Contouring To Another Level

Maybe Ikura should start uploading make-up tutorials because nothing makes your cheekbones pop more than making fake scars under your cheeks and lining your face with thick streaks of blood.

Caught Red-handed

If they ever attempt a live action adaptation of Ito, they need to get a hold of this girl because no one can play a knife-wielding, maniac monster this brilliantly.
