The day someone green-lights a Marvel Zombies Ghibli film directed by Xavier Dolan is the day I will be happy. Any day now...

While we devise more and more elaborate ways to break onto the set of #JusticeLeague, director Zack Snyder has kindly done half of the work for us by releasing new set photos online.

Not only has this act of generosity saved us from a chance encounter with Warner Bros.'s elite security force, but this new glimpse behind the scenes of Justice League also provides fans with further insight into the most anticipated film from the #DCEU yet.

Has Bruce Wayne traded in the Batmobile for something more functional? While it's safe to assume that #Batman's signature mode of transport is probably hidden away in secret still, Wayne's new car does share some intriguing similarities with the 1949 Mercury Convertible that Batman drove in a live-action serial that aired in the same year.

Whether we're ready or not, it looks like Justice League will take audiences back to locations from Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice by returning to Bruce Wayne's lakeside home. You know the one: It's permanently covered in mist, because Batman's all moody and stuff.

This quaint & picturesque view of a boating community is undoubtedly linked to the moment when Batman first seeks Aquaman's help. The question remains though; Does #Aquaman eat sea food or just talk to it?

This stunning landscape shot was taken in Iceland, where large sections of Justice League were shot, including the majority of Aquaman's key scenes. While we would be tempted to suggest that the King of Atlantis is hiding out somewhere here like some kind of super-powered Waldo, the truth is that this particular picture doesn't feature the natural beauty of #JasonMomoa.

The final set picture released by Snyder is also the most interesting, giving us our first image of Aquaman on set. Jason Momoa's outfit seems to match what we've seen of his character in the trailer so far, suggesting that this location is linked to his encounter with the Dark Knight. If only we could get a peek of what Momoa's hiding under that rather unwieldy coat of his... Fingers crossed for some orange spandex.

Until a second Justice League trailer lands, make sure you stick with us as we trawl through the social media accounts of everyone who works at Warner Bros., from Zack Snyder himself to the guy who cleans the toilet in Jason Momoa's trailer. It's a thankless job, but someone's got to do it. Atlantean toilets don't clean themselves, ya know.

Could this image released by Zack Snyder be the new official poster for Justice League?
