The new live action #BeautyandtheBeast movie just smashed a world record before it's even hit theaters, so it's gotta be doing something right. As Cogsworth would say, If it ain't Baroque, don't fix it!

The full-length trailer dropped Monday, November 14th, and secured an incredible 127.6 million views in 24 hours, beating every single other trailer EVER. If you haven't seen it, take a look at what the hype is all about:

Disney can thank the star power of #EmmaWatson for pulling a decent portion of those staggering numbers: 27 million trailer views came directly from her personal Facebook page in the first 24 hours. Beauty and the Beast's nearest 24-hour-trailer-views competitor was #FiftyShadesDarker with 114 million in September, 2016, Deadline reports.

The views for the trailer keep climbing even after the initial furore of the first 24 hours, with fans unable to wait for the March 17, 2017 release date scrambling for new Beauty and the Beast footage.

It's not just the fans who are buzzing about Beauty and the Beast — star Josh "LeFou" Gadd gushed about the live-action project to EW:

"Look, there’s a lot of buzz surrounding 'Frozen 2,' there’s buzz surrounding other things I’ve been involved with. But, this, there’s such curiosity, joy, excitement, and buzz about a film that’s two years away still. That’s an enormous amount of pressure, actually, but also something that we all take very seriously. Every day we’re making this movie, we know what the bar is, and we’re trying to match that bar, if not exceed it in some ways. So we’re very well aware of that."

Feel the hype. How are you dealing with the wait until March 17, 2017?
