Star Wars fans around the world will be united in their appreciation of the news that Princess Leia is returning to Star Wars. Huzzah!
It had all been kept hush-hush until Jim Jeffries (from TV show Legit) let slip that Carrie Fisher, the one and only Princess Leia is heading to London for a few months to be on the Episode VII shoot.
Jeffries and Fisher are working together on season 2 of Legit, and he had a few funny things to say about Fisher on Sirius XM's Opie & Anthony Show:
"She's a funny lady, man...She'll be smoking cigarettes outside and as soon as she gets inside, she's straight on to the vapour. She's had some hard partying in her life, I tell ya… She said to me, she goes 'I'm going off to London for six months to film the new Star Wars movie,' right? And I don't think from looking at it, the new 'Star Wars' movie is a direct continuation. It's number 7 but it's not going to be the next day, I'll tell you that much. Maybe she had the same problem the Emperor had, I don't know."
Whatever about Jeffries' rambling speculation, what do you think?
What could that mean for Star Wars: Episode VII itself? Will this mean more of the original heroes will be involved?
