While fans are still quivering with the aftershock of the epic opening of season 4, A new teaser trailer has dropped for episode 2 to keep us well and truly hooked.

As the only person in the universe who somehow missed the [Game of Thrones](movie:817617) wagon, drinking in these spoilers has got me priming my HBO Go to catch up with this festival of Medieval brutality, and that can't be a bad thing!

Episode 2 of season 4 is entitled 'The Lion and the Rose' and the official synopsis reads as followed;

In 'The Lion and the Rose', Tyrion lends Jaime (Nikolaj Coster-Waldau) a hand. Joffrey (Jack Gleeson) and Margaery (Natalie Dormer) host a breakfast. At Dragonstone, Stannis (Stephen Dillane) loses patience with Davos (Liam Cunningham). Ramsay (Iwan Rheon) finds a purpose for his pet. North of the Wall, Bran (Isaac Hempstead Wright) sees where they must go.

Whereas this all sounds reasonably dry in text, the teaser trailer video below is bristling with thrilling tensions. Check it out below;

Are any other Game of Thrones virgins deciding now is the time to take the plunge and stocking up for a weekend of hardcore hermitdom? Or, is it really just me? Go on, tell me what I'm missing!

The Lion and the Rose airs on Sunday, April 13th 2014 at 9 PM ET on HBO
