Kate Mara sat with IGN to chat about her upcoming superhero film, The Fantastic Four.

When asked about her take on Sue Storm and the film...

Her reply is this -

“Uhh, well, I don't know very much about it [the reboot], umm, which is weird, but true.”

Now, once I heard her say that I wanted to slap my forehead (out of frustration) but at least she's honest.

She countinues -

“All I know is it’s going to be a very different take on the film, than what people probably expect. Umm, uhh, I’m not really familiar with the comic books very much. I’ve read a few of them since I got the part. I think we’re making a very grounded version of a superhero film. I trust Josh Trank’s vision.”

Pretty much throughout the entire interview she sounds very uncertain and with the constant "umm's" that doesn't help, either. And she mentions the lack of communication, if the team is getting suits/costumes or not?

I'm still interested in this movie because of the director and cast but we'll see what happens.

Fantastic Four releases in 2015!
