WARNING: Possible spoilers ahead regarding the upcoming season finale of 'The Walking Dead'

With the scene slowly being set over the course of the last few episodes of , it's clear that sometime soon one of our favorite characters will probably have a very nasty run-in with approaching villain Negan.

With it being speculated that either Glenn, Daryl, Abraham, Maggie, Carol or Morgan could possibly be meeting their grisly end thanks to Negan in the Season 6 finale, Uproxx commenter Samuel Quentin might have found a clue to help us work out who will be the one to bite the dust.

According to Quentin, various sources (including Talking Dead) have pointed to the fact that the song that will play at the end of Season 6 will be Maya Lavelle's "This Ain't The End." But what could the song mean? Well, for that we have to delve into its lyrics.

Firstly, according to Quentin, those fans who believe that Daryl will be the one killed off by Negan have zoned in on the lyric: "Darling, I'm in the garden, drinking bourbon. Please come to me." Many think that due to sightings of Emily Kinney (Beth) on set, the actress may be performing a cover of the song and could even make a vision-like appearance as Beth in Daryl's dying moments, calling for him to join her.

But while some are speculating that Daryl will die, other fans are sticking to the source material and choosing to pick out other lyrics that could reference Glenn. Some think that the lyrics "We are family on our own, in the darkness our blood still strong," and "Our legacy would never die," refer to Glenn, Maggie and their unborn baby. Quentin also brings up the fact that the theme of children being the future has been especially touched on in recent episodes.

I gotta admit, these two scenarios could be equally plausible. While a special guest appearance by Kinney would be spectacular, I don't know if I can pass up the emotional devastation of seeing a pregnant Maggie watch her husband bashed to death at her feet. Ouch.
