"I Stand With Orlando"

Justin Bieber has recently announced to the public that he shall not be cancelling his Orlando concert following the recent mass shooting crisis. The chart topping singer took to Twitter this morning (16 June) and announced he will go forward with his concert despite the recent tragic events.

For all those asking no I won't cancel the Orlando show. I stand with Orlando in support. Love you Orlando! #OrlandoStrong - Justin Bieber on Twitter

Since the mass shooting, this is the first time Bieber has publicly commented about the crisis that took place in the very early hours of Sunday morning. The nightclub in Orlando that was attacked left 49 dead and 53 injured. It's the largest mass shooting in U.S history.

The night before the tragedy in Orlando, singer from The Voice, Christina Grimmie was gunned down whilst attending a meet and greet after her performance at the Plaza Live in Orlando. Justin Bieber dedicated his song "Purpose" to Grimmie and broke down whilst he dedicated the song on Monday 13th June.

Bieber’s management cited their own “security incident” earlier in March during one of the singer's meet-and-greets while on his Purpose World Tour. Following the recent events involved in Orlando, Justin Bieber will no longer be hosting meet and greet sessions.
