It seems like Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson is everywhere lately, and after all, why shouldn't he be? The Rock is inspirational, funny, charming, masculine, and the epitome of strength and resilience. But recently, the WWE legend has turned his attention to politics. He's got his eye on a political office. Specifically a big oval-shaped one. That's right, Dwayne Johnson is considering a presidential run in 2020. Thought this political race was a circus? Wait till the next one - that will be a circus! The way things are looking right now, there's set to be a four-way nomination battle between the likes of Donald Trump and The Rock for the Republican Party, while the Democrats have to choose between Hillary Clinton and Kanye West, who announced his 2020 presidential bid during 2015's VMA Awards.

But back to our man, The Rock. There are several reasons that Dwayne Johnson easily trumps (no pun intended!) the competition for president. He's a great guy, and if he actually runs, he's got my vote! But why should anyone else vote for him? Here are some facts that explain why The Rock is actually an ideal presidential candidate!

1) He embodies the American Dream

Dwayne Johnson's upbringing was never one of wealth. At age 14, he and his family were evicted from their home, and by age 24, he was completely broke. However, from these humble beginnings, Dwayne Johnson has gone on to become a WWE Hall of Famer as well as one of Hollywood's biggest and most bankable stars. If you want a true example of a rags-to-riches story, look no further than The Rock.

2) The Rock represents minorities

Dwayne Johnson's father is from Canada, while his mother hails from Samoa, making Dwayne a product of two minority parents, an advantageous fact should he decide to seriously consider a presidential bid. Also, The Rock could potentially swing the large percentage of Pacific Islander immigrants who are under 18 currently but will be able to vote in the 2020 election, meaning that if Dwayne Johnson actually ran, he'd have a strong chance of winning.

3) He is one of the most likable people on the planet

The Rock consistently turns up on lists of the most-liked celebrities on Earth, and after all, why not? He's smart, successful, charming, inspirational, and a truly down-to-Earth genuine guy with a heart at least as large as his bulging biceps. What's not to love?

4) He's got lots of influential friends

The Rock has lots of friends who would gladly use their influence and wealth to help out his campaign if he truly ran for president. He's buddy-buddy with famous and influential people like Vin Diesel, Sylvester Stallone, Mark Wahlberg, and Arnold Schwarzenegger, just to name a few. Most of these guys would gladly endorse Dwayne if he were ever to set his sights on becoming president.

5) He is literally a combination of every good thing about the current candidates

While Trump has a tough persona and the fact that he's not a politician to his credit, The Rock literally embodies the "tough guy" persona and also has the appeal of being a political outsider. Dwayne also shares Marco Rubio's multiethnic background and relative youth compared to most politicians. Bernie Sanders may draw the millennial crowd, but how many millennials do you know who haven't seen at least three movies featuring The Rock? The Rock also holds a distinct liberalism on social issues, much the same as Hillary Clinton, thus proving that he literally is THE perfect candidate. Do I hear anyone seconding my nomination for suspension of term limits once he's in charge?

Bonus Reason: He can "rock" a Fanny Pack and not look stupid
