After the 2015 found footage film, The Visit, here comes the trailer of director M. Night Shyamalan’s next flick, Split. James McAvoy, Anya Taylor-Joy, Betty Buckley, Jessica Sula and Haley Lu Richardson play pivotal roles in this American psychological thriller. The trailer is packed with all the necessary ingredients to get us interested in the movie. Following are five of the most exciting things we're excited to see in the movie.

5. Modest Backdrops

Simple backdrops set up the mood of the movie; for example, the place in which the abducted trio Anya Taylor-Joy, Jessica Sula and Haley Lu Richardson have been placed by James McAvoy.

4. Crystal Clear Dialogue

There's a flower on the powers. Theres a flower in the bathroom — like we're important.

Crisp and crystal clear dialogues have been the yet another strong point of this trailer. Rather than leaking out the entire plot, the dialogue has just teased the curiosity factor, of the viewers, towards this movie.

3. Unpretentious Background Score

One could witness the apt utilization of mild and tense background scores here and there. At the same time, in some shots, music hasn’t been used which seems to add more meaning to the corresponding clips.

2. James McAvoy’s Psychopathic Portrayal

It looks like the film has a lot of scope in acting to offer to the psychopathic character that has been portrayed by James McAvoy as he goes on to give us a few glimpses of his versatile depictions. Notable contributions from James McAvoy have been the ones in which he has appeared in a feminine makeover, as a 9-year old kid and intensely rupturing beast.

1. A Quirky Narration

The beast is real...

Right from the beginning of the trailer, there has been a coherent display of unusual sequences, which at the same time seem to be interesting as well. The quirky narration has been ably supported by the honest-to-goodness camerawork and editing.

All said and done, with majority portions of the plot that have already been revealed, a sense of eagerness has popped up to know further on what this psychological thriller has in store to excite us more.
