We live in a time where comic books are serious business and when Pokémon are suddenly the most popular thing again. Needless to say, we live in an amazing part of history. With that being said, there are still many surprises and miracles that have yet to be witnessed and today's TV headline is just one of those miraculous moments that should be cherished simply because of the story's weirdness, which most people would dismiss as an internet joke.

In a story no one ever thought they would hear, rap legend and cannabis advocate Snoop Dogg will be collaborating with celebrity cook Martha Stewart to make a cooking show for VH1.

Wait, What?

That's right: Martha Stewart and Snoop Dogg will be headlining an all new cooking TV show titled Martha and Snoop's Dinner Party, where the duo will prepare meals for their celebrity friends and guests.

In an interview with VH1.com, Snoop Dogg had this to say about getting the chance to cook with a dear friend of his on live TV:

"My homegirl Martha and I have a special bond that goes back. We're gonna be cooking, drinking and having a good time with our exclusive friends. Can't wait for you to see how we roll together!"

His co-host Martha Stewart couldn't contain her excitement either:

"I can't wait to get snoop in the kitchen... Our new show is rizzle, dizzle for shizzle."

As surprising as this may be, this is actually not the first time the two celebrities have appeared onscreen together nor is it the first time they will be cooking as a team. Back in 2008, the two made many dishes in an episode of Martha Stewart Living where Snoop Dogg made a guest appearance to cook some mashed potatoes and brownies fit for the holiday season.

They also appeared on TV beyond the boundaries of the kitchen, showing up in Comedy Central's roast of Justine Bieber (below) and ABC's game show $100,00 Pyramid.

All jokes aside, it will be interesting to see how these two seemingly clashing personalities will jive together to teach potential audiences how to cook their favorite dishes and maybe more. Considering that the two are friends behind the camera, seeing their dynamics will definitely be a treat for both viewers and those who just want to have a good laugh.

While Martha Stewart's influential television presence may be well known and commonplace at this point given the number of cooking programs and books she made over the years, what most people may not know is that Snoop Dogg himself actually has experience when it comes to the small screen, and it's not just because of his music videos.

Among his televised outings were the sketch comedy Doggy Fizzle (2002–2003), the reality show Snoop Dogg's Father Hood (2007–2008) and the variety show Dogg After Dark (2009), two of which were aired on MTV. He currently delivers the latest hood news on his podcast GGN (Double G News) as anchor Nemo Hoes on his WestFestTV Youtube Channel, which has been going strong since its birth in 2011.

But perhaps people remember him most for his recent guest appearance on Jimmy Kimmel Live!, where he provided the hilarious narrations for random clips from nature documentaries.

Snoop Dogg is known for his natural off-beat sense of humor no matter where he goes, and seeing this cool charisma pop up in Martha Stewart's cooking tutorials is not just a funny headline to read, but an upcoming show worth waiting for.

There has never been a better time to be alive.
