With Marvel's recent announcement that a new Inhumans television show is heading to ABC and a limited run in IMAX theaters for the first two episodes, theories have already begun blowing up social media. While we still don't know if the show will be tied to the larger #MCU or #AgentsOfSHIELD there is still an even bigger question looming over everything.

Who will be playing the the coveted roles of #Marvel's Inhuman Royal family?

While we impatiently wait for more news on the upcoming 2017 series, we thought this would be the perfect time to reveal our dream cast choices for Black Bolt, Medusa and the rest of the gang.

1. Toby Stephens As Black Bolt

Recent appearance: Black Sails

Toby Stephens currently stars as Captain Flint in the Starz #TV show, #BlackSails -- the best pirate series on television! Entering its fourth and final season in January, Stephens' Flint is a natural-born leader and the actor makes us believe we'd follow him anywhere. That's why Stephens is the perfect man for the role of mighty Blackagar Boltagon!

2. Keira Knightley As Medusa

Recent appearance: Collateral Beauty

The actress hasn’t blessed the small screen since 2011's Neverland, but she's the perfect choice to portray Medusa!

Best-known for her roles in Pride & Prejudice, #PiratesOfTheCaribbean and The Imitation Game (where she co-starred alongside Benedict Cumberbatch), Knightley has certainly got the acting chops to pull off the part. She's been nominated for many awards, including an Academy Award nomination for her role in the aforementioned Pride & Prejudice.

Additionally, this year she'll star alongside Will Smith and Kate Winslet in David Frankel’s Collateral Beauty.

She'd absolutely bring a sense of majesty to the part of Medusa.

3. Manu Bennett As Gorgon

Recent appearance: Beta Test

Manu Bennett delivers pure gold no matter the role! The Spartacus star has already made the move to the superhero realm with his portrayal of Slade Wilson/Deathstroke in Season 2 of The CW’s #Arrow. His turn as the DC Comics villain was so good that fans demanded he reprise the role in the solo Batfleck movie. While he won’t be taking Deathstroke to the big screen, one thing is for sure, we need him in the MCU and Gorgon is the perfect choice!

4. Evan Rachel Wood As Crystal

Recent appearance: Westworld

Crystal is the Inhuman princess able to manipulate water, air, earth and fire and who better to play her than the current star of HBO’s new hit series Westworld?

Evan Rachel Wood brings big star quality to her small-screen role on the Western sci-fi series -- exactly what a member of the Inhuman Royal Family should do.

Prior to #Westworld, the star has also appeared alongside Shia Labeouf and Mads Mikkelsen in Charlie Countryman and The Ides of March with Ryan Gosling and George Clooney. So she's proved she can hold her own many times in a strong ensemble cast.

5. Ricky Whittle As Karnak

Recent appearance: The 100

The 100 star already snagged the lead role in next year’s #AmericanGods, but he may be able to juggle filming two high-profile series if there are no scheduling conflicts -- and ABC would be wise to do whatever it takes to get him on board.

Whittle is definitely the perfect choice for the Inhuman Karnak. Karnak is an Inhuman with expert-level martial arts skills and the ability to sense weak points in his opponents. Whittle has demonstrated time and again that he’s able to back such skills believable on the small screen -- just look at his character Lincoln from #The100.

Check out Whittle in the upcoming American Gods below:

6. Corey Hawkins As Triton

Recent appearance: The Walking Dead, Straight Outta Compton

Hawkins has actually already appeared in the MCU as a Navy Operative in Iron Man 3. Since Triton is an aquatic Inhuman, it's the perfect tie-in! Couple that with the legions of fans he'd bring to the show thanks to his roles in #TheWalkingDead, Straight Outta Compton, and the upcoming Kong: Skull Island, and you have a man tailor-made for this role!

If the upcoming Inhumans TV show was blessed with this cast of heavy-hitters, there's no doubt it would be one of the best from Marvel yet!
