Chances are you have seen a little movie, called The Avengers

. If not, youre probably either in hiding in a cave or Amish and not reading this sinful internet blather anyway. That being said, everybody else has probably seen Hulk smash in a big way, for which the $1,305,463,000 worldwide gross may very well testify.

Hence chances are the folks over at Warner Bros have taken notice, too. If the color green wasnt so much associated with Bruce Banners alter ego, they would be enviously so. And they would very well have reason to, since Warner has never managed to turn their stable of DC Comics superheroes into a comparable big budget mash-up la The Avengers. But this might change rather soon.

Christopher Nolan, who soon will finish is Batman trilogy with The Dark Knight Rises

is also on producing duties with Zack Snyders Man of Steel. Could this mean that Warner wants to give its superhero flicks a consistent vision? Although The Dark Knight Rises could mean the demise of The Bat, Warner has already announced a reboot which could lead right to a meeting of Bruce Wayne and Clark Kent and their respective alter-egos, at least that what Borys Kit from The Hollywood Reporter muses.

Still, what would other DC heroes like Wonder Woman and Aquaman be without a proper movie. The same could probably be said about the Green Hornet, although this matter could be solved much in the same way the Hulk found his way into The Avengers without any proper box office bonanza in his muscular back.
