Prepare yourself for zero-gravity fights, robot SWAT Teams and a whole heap of explosions.Beckinsale is really back on her action-movie top form, which is unsurprising considering her roles in Underworld Awakening
and Contraband. Both she and Farrell, who is finally back on the big screen after a brief hiatus, are looking set to continue this trend in their next films Underworld 5 and Seven Psychopaths.The scriptwriters have definitely deviated from the original here; for one the film stays well away from Mars, which was pretty key to the original, but director Len Wiseman has made it clear that he doesn’t want this to be a straight remake. Anyway, with chase sequences, frenetic gunfights and martial arts action haven’t they given audiences what they’re looking for regardless of the story?
