The story of Ted
, about a boy and his talking childhood teddy bear who turns into his dirty-minded BFF throughout adulthood, is set to open in theaters on June 29. After a green and red band trailer, we now have a brand new 30-second TV spot for the Seth MacFarlane movie, via LatinoReview. Check it out:To be honest, the premise of the movie sounded a little dry to us at first, but after witnessing the initial trailer, we were impressed by the lack of sophistication and found ourselves chuckling at Mark Wahlberg and his furry friend.
Then again, we like ourselves a bit of crass. Plus Mila Kunis is always a welcome sight. She’s currently got loads of great stuff in the pipeline, including Jupiter Ascending
, The Angriest Man in Brooklyn, Oz The Great and Powerful, and Blood Ties. What’s more, she’s the voice of Meg in Family Guy so we know she’s used to this sort of humor when she’s not working on serious stuff.Does this sound like a top-notch teddy movie to you?
