Whatever you may think about Adam Sandler, the man can do silly accents.

One could even say: Silly accents are one of the pillars on which his career is built. To my arguably meager knowledge, Sandler never attempted a Transylvanian accent, however. The animated Hotel Transylvania

finally rights this wrong.

So, how does the comedian fare with it? Well, he gets a thumbs up from Selena Gomez, his on-screen daughter. While Gomez isnt exactly Meryl Streep, Sandler might nevertheless be in need of nice words, after the box office dissapointment of even if they come from an actress as new to the game as Gomez.

So here is what Gomez told Collider:

Was there any part of you that wanted to try a Transylvanian accent?

GOMEZ: No. But, for the part where I make fun of my dad (Adam Sandler), that was hard. Im definitely not as good as Adam, when it comes to that.

And a little something for all the ladies, wondering if Sandler is husband material:

What do you think of Adam Sandler, as a father figure?

GOMEZ: Hes awesome! Hes so cool! He was there for almost all of my sessions. He was really nice. He would be a cool dad. Hes somebody whos really funny and just makes everybody laugh.
