Ron Perlman might just have gotten a whole lot more loveable. Despite his popular familiarity as the humanoid demon and unwilling Harbinger of the Apocalypse in Guillermo del Toro’s movies, the supernatural superhero has been doing some good in the community.

According to The Hollywood Reporter, Perlman recently visited Zachary, a six-year-old leukemia patient, as part of the Make-A-Wish campaign. The actor turned up for his visit in full make-up and costume to hang out with the child. Check out the results, here, via Spectral Motion on Facebook:

It looks as though Perlman’s presence managed to put a smile on Zachary’s face worth every second of the four hour make-up application procedure, then! Aside from the resurrection of Hellboy as a community do-gooder, could this transformation indicate that is on the horizon?
