Its here! A Fifty Shades of Grey playlist by the author herself. Finally, we now know what Christian and Anastasia would have been blasting to cover up the whipping and moaning noises.

Fifty Shades of Grey

author E.L. James has created her own Fifty Shades of Grey playlist including the song Toxic by Britney Spears (which James reveals would play as Christian and Anastasia drive to chase the dawn”) and Bruce Springsteen’s “I’m On Fire” (Anastasia plays the song on her drive back to Washington State University). The list also includes some timeless classics by Chopin and Frank Sinatra. Not exactly what we had in mind for the sex-crazed couple. But one thing can be said of the list, its sexy and classy at the same time a good representation of young college graduate Anastasia Steele and sophisticated billionaire-businessman Christian Grey. My favorite of the fifteen-track list is Your Sex is on Fire by Kings of Leon which kind of captures the mood of the books, no? I wonder if the playlist will also double up as the films soundtrack!

The headline-making and best-selling Fifty Shades of Grey trilogy centers on Anastasia Steele, an innocent recent college graduate, and billionaire Christian Grey’s erotic sexual relationship. The movie rights were snatched up by Universal Pictures and Focus Features. since then, the hunt for the perfect cast has been going, but the author recently tweeted that they’re nowhere close to picking the leading duo, although Emma Watson recently addressed rumors that she would be playing Anastasia. We’ve already compiled a list of five sexy actresses and five hot actors who could do the parts more than justice.
