It’s early days still, on the set of Thor: The Dark World
, but one of the biggest names in stunt work Bobby Holland Hanton (Inception, The Dark Knight Rises, Skyfall) was snapped on set wearing the Spring/Summer version of Thor’s Asgardian Armor.
The new armor is not too different from what we saw in The Avengers. It’s got the same bulging biceps but a more rugged Viking feel than the futuristic getup in The Avengers. Much better for the God of Thunder, if you ask me.
Unfortunately, Thor’s elusive helmet remains unseen. Is helmet hair really that much of an issue in Asgard? I’m still looking forward to seeing Chris Hemsworth don his new Thor armor…watch this space for more images as we get them.
Thor: The Dark World will hit theaters exactly one year from today, on November 8, 2013.
