Riley Smith has joined the seventh and final season of HBO's hit show True Blood, which will air in summer this year.
After dying in The CW's teen drama 90210, Smith will soon find himself among the undead in True Blood's sexy, supernatural world.
Deadline is reporting that the actor will play "Keith, a sexy, rock 'n' roll vampire with a romantic side", who immediately falls for none other than Arlene Fowler-Bellefleur (Carrie Preston).
Seems too young for Arlene... And yet, as a vampire, I'm sure he's older than her. Much older. Either way, he'd sure make me forget Terry!
The premiere episode of True Blood Season 7 is called "Jesus Gonna be Here" and will be directed by Stephen Moyer, who plays Bill Compton on the show. Although we don't yet know much about Season 7, I'm expecting to see Eric Northman (Alexander Skarsgard) pop up again, as well as some new faces, including the mysteriously named "Pam's Treat" and sexy rock 'n' roll vampire Riley himself! Excited?
Don't forget - True Blood's 10-episode final season is set to air this summer on HBO.
