The annual Television Critics Association press tour continues to churn out little nuggets of information, tantalizing tidbits that get us thinking of the possibilities we might be seeing on the small screen in the near future.

Next up, ABC Entertainment Group head Paul Lee shared his excitement about the upcoming Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. and how great it is to be working with another Disney subsidiary in Marvel:

We are loving this relationship [with Marvel]. The relationship with Marvel and with other Disney [intellectual property] across the company is something we are ambitious to build. We have lots of little schemes in mind.

Other schemes, he says? With Disney's other major entertainment asset being Lucasfilm, might he be referring to us seeing a Star Wars television series in the works? Do go on, Mr. Lee:

We have started conversations with them. I'd love to go there. I'm a particular fan of Lucasfilm. It's an amazing world.

With how savvy Disney has been regarding its intellectual property and knowing how to give fans exactly what they want, don't be surprised if we soon hear word of a Star Wars-based TV show in development. If that's the case, what would you want to see from a Star Wars television series? Which characters? What part of the canon? Sound off in the comments.
