Even Katniss can't stand the cold!

Jennifer Lawrence and the stars of the final book in Suzanne Collins' trilogy have reportedly had to abandon filming after an ice storm hit the set. Production of The Hunger Games: Mockingjay has been disrupted by the dangerous ice storm that swept across Atlanta, Georgia.

THR are reporting that:

Just last week, the movie was reportedly filming in downtown Atlanta... But the storm stole the spotlight this week.

The weather comes as just another challenge to the cast and crew of The Hunger Games franchise after the death of Philip Seymour Hoffman last week, who played Plutarch Heavensbee. The actor, who died of a heroin overdose in his apartment, still had one major emotional scene left to shoot for Mockingjay - Part 2, the final installment in the series.

I don't know about you, but despite facing some definite challenges, I'm sure that The Hunger Games: Mockingjay - Part 1 and The Hunger Games: Mockingjay - Part 2 will still be all kinds of awesome when they arrive in theaters November 21, 2014 and November 20, 2015, respectively. What about you?
