I'll admit it, I'm a super nerd for Star Wars. Lately, the Star Wars YouTube channel has been feeding my nerdom by posting random classic marketing material for the original trilogy. These latest two vintage featurettes for The Empire Strikes Back detail how two of the film's most iconic scenes were accomplished.

The first featurette, narrated by the film's visual effects supervisor , highlights the construction and animation of the AT-AT Walkers; amazing to see them brought to life by practical means.

The second is a breakdown of the scene in which the Millennium Falcon maneuvers through an asteroid field. So great to see the storyboards and the final scene simultaneously.

Take a look at the featurettes and let us know what you think.
