Now, in a world with so many superhero movies, it might superficially seem that the existence of two distinct movie franchises is a little excessive. After all, do we really need two Batmen? Well, no, we most likely don't, but that doesn't mean we can't all be glad that we have them both anyway. After all, 's animated take on the hero in is arguably the perfect offering for those fans who aren't particularly fond of 's more serious approach in the , and vice versa.

As it turns out, though, there might just be something to be said for giving the two of them the chance to blend together into one, vastly superior whole. Y'see, as it turns out:

Yup, that's right. An intrepid Youtuber has now mashed up and The Lego Batman Movie, and its just as astonishingly perfect as you might imagine. Y'see, thanks to Cristian Ortiz, you can now rock yourself to sleep at night while watching Batman's finest hour from Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice, soundtrack-ed by The Lego Batman Movie's theme song, "Who's the (Bat)Man."

Which, oddly, actually works on more levels than you'd think. Sure, it's tons of fun, which was surely inevitable, but it also actually explains a lot. After all, if Affleck's Bruce Wayne really did spend that whole movie listening to heavy pump-up music, it might explain why he was so super intense the whole time.

Shiny new headcanon — accepted.

What do you think, though? Was Batfleck secretly listening to "Who's the (Bat)Man" the whole way through Batman v Superman? Let us know below!
