Sienna Miller has shared all the juicy details of her epic on-screen romp with Ben Affleck in . According to an interview with E, the pair had an entire day dedicated to filming sex scenes for a steamy montage that involved their characters doing it absolutely "everywhere".

But while the end result may look pretty exciting on screen, it was far from erotic on set. After Affleck's insistence that they do three non-stop takes, Miller began to get the impression that he was trying to make a bold statement about his "sexual prowess"— which left Miller crying with laughter:

"It turns out that he was just giving himself options without cutting. But to me it was the funniest thing. I was like, 'No one can do what you're doing, the marathon love scene.' There will be some outtakes from that [scene] where I have to walk out of the room, because I just have tears running down my face."

Affleck's determination apparently gave Miller the impression that his character, Joe Coughlin, was "a real performer". But rather than being impressed, Miller wrapped the epic nine hour sex marathon in tears— tears of laughter, that is.

"There was just a lot of stupid giggling. He's very professional—I am not, but he is... Obviously, by the time nine hours of it has gone past, I was shaking with tears running down my face."

No Laughing Matter

Affleck wasn't quite as amused as his costar. He says that he "thought she'd just roll with it", and was a little taken aback by the suggestion that he was trying to prove his "abilities":

"Sienna thought that I was trying to make myself out to be some kind of world champion, where it just never ended. I just keep going, going, and going again and again. She started laughing and I was like, 'Laughing isn't really the response that I'm looking for with this.' She was like, 'How long can you go? You're Superman!'"

A Tad Inappropriate?

It's not the first time Miller's sex scenes have become the talk of the town, either. After filming Factory Girl, a rumor circulated that she had actually had sex on camera with Hayden Christensen for their sex scene— something that Miller firmly denied.

Like all actors, Miller has admitted to finding sex scenes horribly tedious and not at all sexy. But during her feigned love making with Affleck in Live By Night, she seemed to move past that quite easily— but for a very strange reason:

"Ben and I are like brother and sister, thank god, so there was no awkwardness. There was just a lot of stupid giggling."

You'd think that pretending to have sex with someone who you regard as family would be super awkward, but apparently not.

More Sexy Laughs

If you think that's slightly inappropriate, then check out these anecdotes from actors who got a little unprofessional during their own sex scenes:

5. Ewan McGregor Saw Nicole Kidman As His Big Sister

Miller isn't the only one who's felt a bit of a family vibe with her sexy co-star. When Now Magazine asked him about his nerves performing alongside Nicole Kidman in Moulin Rouge, Ewan McGregor said that the pair got on like siblings, and he'd been more than "happy" to play into the brotherly role. Which is pretty odd, considering their on-screen chemistry:

"After the initial nerves, we got on great. It was like having an older sister."

4. ...And Kate Winslett Saw Leonardo DiCaprio As Her Brother

They had one of the steamiest sex scenes in cinematic history (literally), but their real-life relationship was nowhere near as romantic. Much like Miller and McGregor, she developed an oddly familial connection with Leo:

"It was a real brother, sister thing. We were very, very close and really stuck together".

3. Jennifer Lawrence Got Smashed For Her Sex Scene In 'Passengers'

Jennifer Lawrence and Chris Pratt might have made light of their sex scene in Passengers, but the incident left Lawrence incredibly shaken up. She apparently had a lot of anxiety over kissing Pratt, a happily married man— for which she found only one way to cope:

"I got really, really drunk. But then that led to more anxiety when I got home because I was like, 'What have I done? I don’t know.'"

2. Jason Mamoa Got Some Laughs During His "Darkest Scenes"

Daenerys Targaryen's notorious rape scene from Game of Thrones Season One caused a ton of controversy, sparking a debate over the show's use of sexual violence that still continues today.

But during an interview on The Graham Norton Show, Emilia Clarke revealed that the tone was far from serious on set. Jason Mamoa (Khal Drogo), who Clarke says is a very "funny man", attempted to lighten the serious mood by wearing a fluffy pink sock over his genitals:

"It’s huge, and it’s pink, and I don’t know what to do!"

Looks like someone accidentally revealed a little more information than intended about the Dothraki chieftain!

1. Jon Hamm Was "So Game" For His Hilarious 'Bridesmaids' Sex Scene

Bridesmaids brought us one of the most hilarious and least-sexy sex scenes ever made. Of course, Jon Hamm and Kristen Wiig were intent on making things as comical as possible— which director Paul Feig says was the only way the whole crew were "able to get through it":

"It became this hilarious wrestling match — if you really look at it, it’s less like a sex scene and more like a crazy fight. Jon was so game, and he and Kristen were literally just trying to crack each other up. We kept saying, 'Let’s get more absurd', because we had the safety of knowing it would be ridiculously funny."
