Fans of Netflix's BoJack Horseman have patiently waited for news about Hollywoo's infamous Horseman ever since Season 3 dropped in July 2016. Now we have our first look at what promises to be the best season of BoJack Horseman yet — and Mr. Peanut Butter appears to be taking center stage.
Check out the new trailer for Season 4 of BoJack Horseman below:
Bojack Is Gone And Mr. Peanut Butter Is Running For Governor
The trailer hints that BoJack is gone, but it looks like everything is going well for Mr. Peanut Butter, who is running for governor of California. Diane is now writing for a blog, and it looks like this season we'll see her reconcile with BoJack — once she finds him, of course.
Todd is also back, being Todd, and Princess Carolyn wants to start a family. The biggest takeaway from the trailer, though, is that BoJack seems to have a daughter whom he didn't know about — and she's returned:
"Ever since I was a baby, people always said I looked like BoJack Horseman."
(To which Todd hilariously replies, "That's a terrible thing to say to a baby.")
It'll be interesting to see whether BoJack tries to form a real family bond. Though his spiritual family consists of his group of friends — Todd, Princess Carolyn, Diane and even, grudgingly, Mr. Peanut Butter — there's no denying that BoJack needs to forge a deeper connection with someone. Maybe this is finally his chance.
Season 4 of BoJack Horseman hits Netflix September 8.
