The Machinist helmer, , is set to take on crime thriller Restart as his next project, according to IndieWire. The movie is an adaptation of the book No Way Back by Matthew Klein, which follows a Regular Joe who discovers that his entire life is being infiltrated and manipulated by a terrifying criminal network.

Anderson's been a busy guy since his 2004 breakout movie The Machinist, directing frosty crime thriller Transsiberian and vehicle The Call. He's also not been shy to dip his toe into the waters of TV, doing some solid work on The Wire, Fringe and Boardwalk Empire. He's currently filming star-studded horror flick Stonehearst Asylum, so expect production on Restart to kick-off in the next few months.
