Director 's first foray back into Cannes in ten years has the industry buzzing, and almost no film is arriving with more anticipation than his family drama Nebraska.

The black and white tragicomedy stars veteran actor as an alcoholic, aging father and his estranged son, played by SNL alum . The pair are reunited when the son accompanies his dad from the family home in Montana to Nebraska, where the dad needs to pick up the Publishers Clearing House prize money he's convinced he's won.

We're finally getting our first clip of the film, which introduces Dern and Forte as dad Woody and son David. But the central star of this clip appears to be , playing a menacing old frenemy of Woody's:

Normally, an old man in a chambray shirt and weathered baseball cap would say, "Grandpa?" to me, but in this case, I don't think I would want to get on the wrong side of Eddie. Anyone who can deliver secrets that gut families and humiliate the person sitting in front of him is no one you want as an enemy.

The anticipation and buzz for this film should build at Cannes. Unfortunately, we won't get to see the film until November 22nd, when it's released. So stay tuned, [[follow]] the movie, and we'll keep you updated on when an official trailer and more clips drop.
