It's no secret that most of Hollywood's stars are less than happy about the recent presidential election which named the 45th .

While these opinions shouldn't sway your own and despite your stance on the latest political scandal, it's refreshing to see so many people voice their opinions over the well-being of our country.

One such voice can be heard loud and clear on Twitter, and this time it's not Trump.

, who portrays America's greatest superhero in the Captain America and the Avengers films hasn't held back on his opinion about recent government tactics.

Chris Evans Speaks Out Against Former KKK Leader David Duke

More recently, however, Evans took to Twitter to call out former Ku Klux Klan Imperial Wizard, David Duke. Duke is a former Democrat turned Republican, who ran for the primary presidential elections in 1988 and 1992.

Over the last couple of decades, Duke's legitimacy has taken a nosedive after pleading guilty to scamming his supporters for his own financial benefit. His former biographer describes Duke's recent political claims as "trying to make a comeback by attempting to grab on to Trump’s coattails."

After Jeff Sessions was confirmed as the new Attorney General, Duke tweeted his support by saying "Law & Order, welcome back... "

This is when Chis Evans pops in. After seeing Duke's support for Sessions, Evans tweeted, "If David Duke....DAVID!...DUKE!... thinks you're right, then you are unequivocally wrong. The confirmation of @jeffsessions is beyond words." Duke responded with, "Typical dumb actor - if everything I say is wrong, then when I say I oppose these Zionists wars, you must be for them, Captain America!?"

Evans then pinned a list of white-supremacist and racial slurs directly quoted from Duke claiming, "well if these nuggets of bigotry are some of your OTHER thoughts, then I stand by my original tweet."

While many of Evans tweets are clearly in support for the Democratic party, his thoughts appear to be open-minded and patriotic, which is exactly why he makes the perfect Captain America.
