The most acclaimed and my favorite animated TV show in high school, The Simpsons, is going to present the fans with a special episode as a new year's gift. A whole group of A-list stars will lend their voices to the characters in the upcoming Steal this Episode, featuring a movie-based mash-up.

Fox has announced that The Simpsons will return January 5 with a Hollywood treat. As the title suggests, the upcoming chapter is going to tackle the very much contemporary topic of internet piracy. , his wife , the Judas Priest singer Rob Halford, and will all appear in the episode that will also star , and .

In Steal this Episode, scripted a decade ago by Apatow, Homer is banned from the Springfield Theatre, so Bart teaches him how to download movies. As a result, Homer opens his own movie theatre and screens his illegally downloaded films for the springfielders in his backyard.

Executive producer said to EW:

Even though Homer is stealing, he's doing it for the community, he's doing it out of the goodness of his heart.

However, Homer's "Cinema Pirate-diso" leaves Marge worried and she tries to pay back for "stealing with their eyes" for Hollywood, but as a twist, she accidentally calls a zealous FBI agent's (Arnett) attention to Homer's illegal activity.

Selman added:

there is a crazy twist where Rudd returns in a super meta thing that people may or may not understand.

The Simpsons airs Sundays at 8 p.m. ET on FOX.
