Keep your fingers crossed for a DVD named "Charlie Hunnam's Sexercise" because the hunky Sons of Anarchy star has revealed that he chisels his impressive physique through the ancient art of boning.

In an interview with Men's Health Magazine, Hunnam revealed there is more to being fighting fit than mind-numbing cardio and tedious repetitions on machines that wouldn't look out of place in a torture museum; there is also sexy time:

“I’m interested in having a high fitness level across the board. Running, swimming, jumping rope, hiking, jiu-jitsu—I try to do it all. I also try to make love as often as I can. That’s an important part of fitness. There’s no reason you can’t be active at 70. I want to run up mountains at that age.”

On a more serious note, Hunnam spoke about how exercising helps him to keep the black dog of depression at bay along with keeping him looking like a slippery adonis:

“We are supposed to be very active animals. It’s our DNA. Sweating is how I change my oil every day. I just feel happier, more positive, energized, and disciplined if I work out. Ultimately, I train a lot every day because I’m fucking crazy.”

has always been super jacked, but he is turning his fitness regime up to 11 at the moment to make sure he is picture perfect for The Lost City of Z. Let's just hope he is putting a focus on the fun part of his workout schedule, eh?
