I'm a good bowler, and a good man.

The ongoing discussion about 's refusal to promote Kick-Ass 2 because of the Sandy Hook massacre of last December continues to ensue.

Now, the latest person to add their opinion to the ring is Hit-Girl herself, Miss . And it's a stinging one.

She said that

It's a movie. If you are going to believe and be affected by an action film, you shouldn't go to see 'Pocahontas' because you are going to think you are a Disney princess.

If you are that easily swayed, you might see 'The Silence of the Lambs' and think you are a serial killer. It's a movie and it's fake, and I've known that since I was a kid ... I don't want to run around trying to kill people and cuss. If anything, these movies teach you what not to do.

First things first, that's a far harsher rebuke than what we heard from director or original comic-book writer . It's an admittedly touchy subject, but this is quite the rebuttal. What are your views on this?

Carrey, an advocate of gun control, wrote on Twitter at the time:

I did Kickass a month b4 Sandy Hook and now in all good conscience I cannot support that level of violence.

He then added:

My apologies to others involved with the film. I am not ashamed of it but recent events have caused a change in my heart.

Carrey was, of course, referring to the twenty pupils and six staff were killed at Sandy Hook Elementary School in Connecticut by gunman Adam Lanza last December.

How does everybody feel about this? Is Moretz right to make such an outspoken declaration against Carrey's actions? Or does he have the right to trash his own film? Where do you stand?
