The Wave 2 of the Iron Man 3 Marvel Legends action figure line will contain the infamous Ultron, a robot android built by Hank Pym (Ant-Man) that has battled the The Avengers many times. What does this have to do with the MCU, you ask?

Well, recently our beloved ginger, , was asked about Thanos appearing in the The Avengers: Age Of Ultron. As most of you know, he was teased in a mid-credits scene at the end of the The Avengers. When asked replied saying that Thanos was more of an “Act 3” villain. So most people just figured that he would be held off until The Avengers: Age Of Ultron, which has been rumored to feature a Guardians of the Galaxy/The Avengers crossover.

This leaves a spot open for a main antagonist for The Avengers: Age Of Ultron. So with Ant-Man getting a solo film in 2015 maybe Ultron could serve as a villain in the The Avengers: Age Of Ultron. Marvel has plenty of ways to introduce him to Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D., an after credits scene in Captain America: The Winter Soldier, Guardians of the Galaxy, or Thor: The Dark World, or maybe a One-Shot film on Blu-Ray.

This could even set up the Ant-Man movie. Picture this: after creating an evil android that cost the lives of hundreds of people, the depressed Hank Pym decides to inject himself with his experimental Pym Particles, which should give him the ability to change his size at will. The serum is a success and he becomes the Ant-Man, joins The Avengers, and protects the world. That’s just my idea, but you can decide for yourself.

What do you think about the possibility of Ultron joining the MCU???? Tell us in the comment section below!
