There are two different schools of thought regarding the upcoming zombie apocalypse movie World War Z, starring and produced by . One camp is firmly of the almost psychotically-negative "It's not EXACTLY LIKE the book, so I'm going to hate everything about it ever" mindset, while the other, more reasonable side understands that movies and books are completely different mediums and if you separate the two, you can view World War Z as a work in and of itself and appreciate it on its own merits.

I leave you to figure out which camp I belong to.

If you're in that first group, though, these newly-released concept art images (courtesy of Film School Rejects) might change your mind, especially if you like large-scale destruction. The images are from film companion book World War Z: The Art of the Film. Who knew a city being destroyed could be so beautiful?

My most anticipated movie of 2013 is almost upon us, and I can't wait. If you're counting down the days like I am, World War Z will be in theaters on June 21st.
