As the second half of The Walking Dead's Season 3 shambles closer, we can expect a lots of new, illuminating details to come our way. We've already gotten a look at the new international trailer, as well as some end-of-Season 3 spoilers. Now, we've got hold of the upcoming episode titles for the remainder of Season 3. Although they don't exactly give much away, with a bit of speculation mixed with some guesswork, we might be able to find some little nuggets of information. Of course, if you want to remain completely untainted, you should probably stop reading now.
According to Screen Crush, The Walking Dead will return with "The Suicide King". We've known this episode title since the mid-season finale, but currently, it's the only episode with an official description:
The Governor (David Morrissey) plans an assault on the prison, but Rick Grimes (Andrew Lincoln) and the other survivors might just attack first!
So, from the sounds of it, The Walking Dead guys are wasting no time in getting back down to the action. The latest promo certainly suggests our return to Woodbury will be pretty explosive. Here are the rest of the episode titles, with some speculation from yours truly:
Episode 10 - "Home": I guess this sounds kind of cozy. Perhaps Rick's team find some respite after their battles with the Governor? I doubt it will last long.
Episode 11 - "I Ain't a Judas": Sounds like something Darryl might say, right? But accusations of betrayal could refer to Merle or Andrea as well. Well practically anyone actually...
Episode 12 - "Clear": Another enigmatic one. Perhaps it refers to the passing of some hostilities?
Episode 13 - "The Pale Horse": Now, this might be a reference to Death, one of the four Horsemen of the Apocalypse. Whatever it's meaning, it doesn't bode well for someone.
Episode 14 - "Killer Within, Part II" This is an interesting one. "Killer Within" was the last seasons heart-wrenching episode in which we lost T-Dog (oh, and Lori). Perhaps there's still some unresolved business here?
Episode 15 - "The Sorrowful Life": This is a title borrowed from the comics. In that volume Rick's group once again clashes with Woodbury. With it being the penultimate episode, perhaps we can expect a big showdown?
Episode 16 - "Welcome To The Tombs": Another mysterious, albeit grisly, sounding episode. Since it's the final episode, perhaps the gang will move on from the prison? If they do, it doesn't sound like their next destination is very nice either...
Well that's what you've got to look forward to. Not much, I know, but it's some food for thought. Do you have anymore ideas about what these titles could refer to? If so let us know below!
In any case, we don't have long to wait to find out for sure. The Walking Dead will return to AMC on February 10th. Make sure to [[follow]] the show in order get all the best Walking Dead news sent straight to you!
