2012's Dredd has to be one of the most badass comic book movies made to date. It said more about the human condition in a dystopian future than any movie in my memory, was more cerebral than even the first RoboCop movie, and acted as a great platform to introduce unbelievers to the Dredd world... Needless to say, it also left me wondering about the possibility of a sequel, Dredd 2.

Well, get this: According to Giant Freakin' Robot, the publishers of the Judge Dredd comic books, 2000 A.D., have organized a nifty little online petition calling for a sequel, which YOU can sign. Click here to do just that!

I hope this petition shows the studio execs that there really is a growing fanbase out there for Dredd. Of course, there's no guarantee that it'll work, but there's no guarantee it won't either! Anyway, 's Street Judge of Mega-City One deserves more screentime, and I'm damn well gonna fight for it!

What about you? Do you want to see Dredd 2? Let me know in the comments below!
