Supergirl is flying to The CW this fall for its second season. So far, it's still unclear whether her world will be merged with "Earth One" or if she will remain separate. But, one thing that is certain, is the fact that Arrow, Flash, Supergirl and Legends of Tomorrow will have a massive crossover this season. Of the event, CW chief Mark Pedowitz said that it would be "the biggest one ever."

It seems that Stephen Amell is who to turn to when it comes to updates on the crossover. Last August, the actor tweeted the very first tease:

Today, Amell strikes again by sharing this picture through his Instagram of himself in costume next to Melissa Benoist's Supergirl looking at the horizon:

The CW's Other Supergirl Tease

Last year, The CW released "Superhero Fight Club," a special video featuring an all-out brawl between the characters in the Arrowverse, meant to illustrate their carefully interconnected shared universe.

Now, it seems The CW is getting ready to properly introduce Supergirl to the network and possibly even the Arrowverse. Earlier today, the official Facebook pages for The Flash and Arrow shared this:

So, expect an awesome video of the superheroes together tomorrow. Or,, if you're reading this on Thursday. Or yesterday, if on Friday, or — you get it.

Does This Indicate Supergirl Isn't Living On A Separate Earth Anymore?

We know Stephen Amell's tweet and The CW's revelation that we should expect another Superhero Fight Club is to celebrate Supergirl's network change but... could they also be hinting at her not living in a separate world anymore? A few months ago, producer extraordinaire, Greg Berlanti, said this about the Supergirl/Flash crossover from this past season:

"We needed to create a way to do it. We had to introduce Superman since you’ve heard about him and you’ve heard about Supergirl, but in the worlds of Arrow and Flash, they didn’t exist in that world. We introduced the multiverse in The Flash this year, and that was always our way in."

In the Arrowverse, Reverse Flash created a whole new timeline to get back at The Flash. Throughout the shows, we've gotten several hints of characters like Batman and Green Lantern existing and, thanks to a future newspaper, we know that Barry Allen was originally supposed to become The Flash much later. So, naturally, every other superhero that existed in that time hasn't appeared yet.

So what if, Supergirl is on a separate Earth because that is another version created by Eobard Thawne's shenanigans by killing Barry's mother? Perhaps the highly-anticipated Flashpoint will finally merge the worlds and we will have a proper DCTV universe. That has me thinking that, while it is most likely from the crossover, maybe Stephen Amell's picture is from an episode of Arrow, where Supergirl appears, but, we'll just have to wait and see what happens.

Do you think the worlds should merge?
