We've been waiting over a year for the seventh season of Game Of Thrones, and tonight our watch began as viewers all over the world tuned in to see the return of the epic fantasy drama — and, as always, HBO's flagship show didn't disappoint.

A quick peek on social media made it clear that the fans were loving every single second of it. Before we proceed, we had better inform you that this article is full of spoilers from the latest episode.

Whether Team Stark or Team Targaryen, the fandom was on fire tonight as aired the first episode of season seven, "Dragonstone." A lot went down in the premiere, as Cersei tried to even the odds and Daenerys finally arrived in Westeros. Arguably the most passionate fanbase there is, the fans were out in full force to give us a lowdown on their thoughts and feelings about everything that happened in "Dragonstone." Let's take a look at the best reactions below:

Ed Sheeran's Cameo

Game Of Thrones is no stranger to jaw-dropping moments. Take the Red Wedding, for example, or the Dance of Dragons. However, it appears that one jaw-dropping moment from tonight's episode nearly broke the internet entirely. Ed Sheeran not only appeared, he serenaded us with his lovely voice. Check out the fan's reactions below:

While there was a bit of bickering and a bit of fighting in tonight's episode, there was also a pretty cool moment that got the Game Of Thrones fans a bit weepy (myself included). Yes, you guessed it, it was when Daenerys Targaryen, First of Her Name, the Unburnt, Queen of Meereen and the Andals and the First Men, Khaleesi of the Great Grass Sea, Breaker of Chains, and Mother of Dragons finally arrived on Westerosi shores. We've waited six years for it, and all we (and everyone else) could say was "Yas Queen!"

Don't you just love scrolling through social media to find such great reactions? It's not like we're any different — Game Of Thrones is, without a doubt, one of the greatest shows ever made and it definitely gets our hearts racing in all the right ways. Regardless of what goes down in future episodes, one thing is for sure: we can certainly rely on the fans to give us their opinions on the matter and that in itself is worth the wait.
