Last night's Golden Globes gave us the usual mix of regrettable red carpet outfit choices and touching winning speeches, from Ryan Gosling's heartfelt message to his wife Eva Mendes to Meryl Streep's eye-opening call to action against a Trump-fueled hate culture.
But while their presence on stage will certainly last a few years at least in #GoldenGlobes history, the immediate aftermath of the event is also dedicated to picking apart the quirky moments and the not-so-perfect times where we can tell ourselves that wow, celebrities are just like us! I mean, who doesn't love a good nipple slip?

Victim No. 1 of this intense scrutiny today is also one of the biggest winners of the night, awards-wise. #EmmaStone — whose new picture #LaLaLand took home a record number of seven Golden Globes, including Best Actress in a Motion Picture Comedy or Musical for her performance — was caught in the midst of an awkward group hug with her director Damien Chazelle and his partner.

Thankfully, she handled the mix-up in the most elegant way possible: by acknowledging it.
"That was weird, I'm sorry."
You can also rest assured that the choreography in La La Land is much better than the synchronization on display here.
