Fast & Furious 6 will be kicking the tires and lighting the fires when it wheel spins its way to theaters May 24th and according to Vin Diesel, early test screenings suggest this movie is going to be a real crowd-pleaser. Not only that, but Diesel announced on his very active Facebook page that production on Furious 7 is set to begin in summer, revealing:
There was an early screening in LA this week of Fast 6. The crowd reaction was surreal… and their demand for the continuation was powerful… It’s remarkable to think I first embodied this character in 1999… and the evolution continues. P.s. Filming begins this summer in LA, where it all started… talk about a studio in sync with the audience…
Although we won't know much about the plot for Fast 7 until we've seen what Fast 6 has in store for us, we did get wind of some potential spoilers about the villain for the movie and how it ties with earlier installments in the franchise. With talk of 's Luke Hobbs also getting a stand-alone movie, it looks like the Fast franchise has still got a few miles yet to run. Excited?
