For The Monuments Men, assembled one helluva cast (himself, , , , , , ).

A good portion of these ladies and gentlemen can be perceived on the first still of the movie above. It depicts Clooney and co. in a classic war movie posture, which we might as well call "solemnly mapping out the attack."

As I am a sucker for war movies, and this one seems to be closer to the adventurous spirit of Kelly's Heroes than the epic woodenness of A Bridge Too Far, I can't wait for December 18, when The Monuments Men will be released.

The war movie centers on a bunch of military art experts, desperately trying to save valuable pieces of art from the destructive clutches of the Nazis.
